  1. Finally got some old school safari style roof lights mounted

Not sure I love the position the mount puts them at, but there are not currently many on the market so I’ll take what I can get. Anything to avoid the dreaded led light bars. KCHilites; about $450 Universale bronco light bar mounts from ZroadZ; $125
  2. Snow storm - let's roll !

15” is what I’m hearing for detroit. LETS GET IT
  3. Land Rover Top?

The more I think about it... the more I realize once you add this top to the bronco it looks more like a proper Defender than the current iteration does (likely more capability too!) As for easy removal... A hard top is only truly ever easy with two people or a home made hoist. I have no...
  4. Land Rover Top?

    Id buy this today
  5. Trim removal tool kit from Mishimoto, on sale for $13

can anyone speak to the effectiveness of these kinds of tools? I am tempted but have never used a true interior trim removal tool
  6. đź“· Bronco Raptor Spied in Code Orange & Iconic Silver w/ New Interior Accents

I'll be honest, I see these puppies milling around Allen Park, Dearborn and Ann Arbor now.. outside of the massive flares I don't notice they are raptors at first from a reasonable distance away. This thing is a beast, yes - but something about it still doesn't scream RAPTOR to me the same way...
  7. Broken connector for parking sensors

Tape the shit out of it until a replacement can be had - if you never care about ever disconnecting it again you could use some sort of glue type adhesive/epoxy.
  8. 2.3L 4cyl engine squeak at idle?

my thought was also cold weather related - I do not recall it doing this in the warmer months… however, the engine can idle for 15 mins and it still does it. I don’t believe it does it after having actually drove a few miles however. As for your sound, I recommend taking a recording if possible...
  9. GO RHINO PRODUCTS - Now Available Here at Lethal Performance

any of these compatible with the 2dr? My 60 year old mother has a two door, wants running boards but does not want the boring lame ones that ford offers
  10. Remove tow package or not?

MIC is the largest constraint so in your case... I dont think it would help much. but I could be wrong
  11. Bronco 2-Door on 40's and 7" lift

looks sick, but I'd certainly need a real DD if I owned something this extreme .
  12. Black Diamond winch options

This dude nailed it. JCR offers one - but in my opinion (subjective yall) $700 is simply too much money RC has the under body option - but who wants to cut into their brand new vehicle unless they are truly skilled or plan on doing lots of mods (plus people argue it impairs approach angle)...
  13. Random vibrations after 2" Lift and 315/70r17s

I genuinely don’t believe this is an RC issue; tho I do believe spacer lifts as a whole are pretty trash. As you likely know, changing Suspension geometry even slightly can alter a lot of ride performance. On the bright side, being that it’s IFS, it can’t be a death wobble

  15. 4 Auto / Slippery Mode... not great?

Damn - yall are making me feel crazy here. I will have to test again... I still do feel there is a lag with when 4A truly kicks in, at least during turns in snow. will double check my work tonight. I autocross and track my sports cars so I have a good idea on how to drive, have lived in...

    Michigan Bronco Club

I keep missing the holly oaks dates, which is a bummer as I was out there all alone in September. However, I fully except a mass meetup the second silver lake sand dunes are back open!
  17. Hello from Michigan.

Welcome to the club! SouthEast Michigan here. If you make any neat custom parts I am sure some locals would be interested in buying!
  18. 4 Auto / Slippery Mode... not great?

Your observations in regards to 4x4 and its operation in snow are spot on, I would add, however, that 4x4 (or a good AWD system like a Subi) helps on the highway when changing lanes. If there is a little bit of snow build up between clear lanes, it can cause 2 wheel drive vehicles to tail slide...
  19. 4 Auto / Slippery Mode... not great?

Good question and I’m not sure I’ve tried that combo yet. Will test this evening and report back
