  1. ADM is alive and well

Jerry, yes you understand those are the choices I had, A wasn't going to work since I didn't want to pay a crap load of money and get a sub-standard Bronco, lots did at MSRP and now have a Bronco they don't truly desire. I considered C, which maybe I would have gotten this year and maybe I...
  2. Manual Transmission Repair- Did I pick the wrong dealer?

So, I apologize for the length of this post upfront, yep, it's one of those. I'll try to stay on point. Chrolonogy of events: Late last year, hear grinding noise for the first time. I think well maybe, I got some mud or dirt wedged in the clutch or pressure plate, not sure you can do that...
  3. ADM is alive and well

Find me Option A for under $50,000 in Florida or Georgia, please, also not a Big Bend or OBX or base, I could have had all of those at MSRP.
  4. ADM is alive and well

The housing example works pretty well, oddly enough, when it comes to housing people understand market economics, leave housing and people don't, or simply refuse to understand market economics.🤷‍♂️
  5. ADM is alive and well

I know this is a hot buttom topic for many and what I'm about to say isn't condoning dealers doing this, but it is the system in which we voluntarily operate in. This is a capitalist economy, or free market economy if you will. Someone is going to make it big and take advantage here. So if...
  6. Need your opinion: Ford OEM tire cover or not on my 2023 OBX carbonized gray Bronco

Oh I'm sorry, I voted before I saw this pic, but still, the tires and wheel look cool, why cover up coolness?
  7. Another Mall Crawler Bites The Dust!

I think what he was saying was that SHE was a mall crawler, but yes, the Badlands is not mall crawler.
  8. The moment you realized you should’ve gone with cloth seats

I live in Florida and find it hard to believe his seats got to 190. I have the MGV and would never choose another seat option. Maybe it's I'm a dad and I wear unstylist cargo shorts all the time and this is never an issue, plus I have tinted windows, what person wouldn't get tinted windows...
  9. Estimated initial production capacities / constraints for 2024 Bronco

Yeah man, I am getting more happy I paid a little over MSRP when I did, I've had my 2 door, manual Badlands now for days shy of a year now and 2023 order banks appear to have treated people wrong and the 2023 MSRP was only about $400 less than what I paid for the 2022 and that's even if I could...
  10. First Oil Change with Femco Drain Plug

YIKES man, yeah it appears Royal Purple is terrible and it's expensive. I just figured lots of people use it as a racing oil, but maybe when they've used it, it was never for a turbo motor, is that why the higher psi is required?
  11. 35's on Stock Big Bend!

I'd recommend a 2" leveling kit, it would restore some of the articulation you lost with the larger tires, but if you source some SASQ suspension parts, you'd probably be fine. The 2" leveling kit from Zone Off Road was about $150. Plus you'll need a new alignment. Looks good though👍
  12. What sort of prices are people seeing for their used Broncos?

Yep, was gonna say, I don't know what exactly used owners are getting, but all the prices I see here in Florida are still really high. I thought they were coming down, but none can be found for under $40K, base, 2 door and MT. Anything like a WT or Badlands is like $60K and above. Maybe...
  13. Ford's Performance ProCal Tune for the 2.3L (Experience and thoughts??)

I'm about to take my Bronco in to get the manual transmission issues fixed and wondered what everyone's thoughts were on the Ford tune. I guess last I checked it was $825 and gave a bump to 330Hp and 385TQ if memory serves me well. I guess it also does a few other things too. That to me seems...
  14. 2dr vs 4dr

I just wanted to weigh in here....
  15. Release the KRAKEN

Yes, I cheaped out and got a bare bones Badlands, no extra fancy stuff on mine, never thought of that, it could very well interfere with the camera.
  16. General Opinion: Manual Transmission (Update)

Damn, I feel used now, so you think it's the dealer just not giving a 💩? I will call them and if they give me the runaround, I will call and go to another dealer for sure, thanks for the heads up
  17. bronco showed up squatchless

Exactly my thoughts. Yes you are right, they are wrong, customer service is getting worse not better overall. But he's right, the difference between a Badlands and a Badlands Sasq is minimum. I know I got a stripped Badlands and did my own Sasquatch for a fraction of the price. Now to be...
  18. General Opinion: Manual Transmission (Update)

I love the manual, Ford got it right offering one and also the clutch is perfect, shifts well and it super fun to drive....HOWEVER, mine is one assembled with the rocks in it from China, yes it's a Chinese transmission, wish it wasn't but it is. Mine makes the sounds it's not supposed to make...
  19. Sasquatch Takeoffs vs Bilstein 6100s

Yes agreed, the difference between a Badlands NON-SAS and a SAS is .43". I have a Badlands that I did a 2" leveling kit to get me at and above the SAS level, plus these look way cooler level than with a rake for sure. I also got some SAS pull-offs. But to be fair, Obviously, I'm a cheapskate...
  20. T

Yes sir, I do appreciate the extra info, I am still new to be up front, so I appreciate your info. I do have an extra flat strap to extent the winch rope. I have been watching a few of the "more decent" YouTube channels trying to get some free education about the use and misuse of winches. I...
