Awesome work you guys. I was thinking of this to support a sleeping arrangement for two people. I had in mind using Pelican style storage boxes that would carry supplies, etc. to support the weight of the people sleeping and allowing them to step off the bed thru the back, the whole thing...
Here are the pics for my 2 door Badlands, in velocity blue, SAS, Luxury package. Did some minor mods here and there. I am calling it the 100 Years edition, for the famous Novel by Gabo. Here are the pics @Marc L
lol, Will post soon. It looks awesome. I did try to achieve the black theme for the rest on my own, since the black package comes with the black roof top that you have. But you have a bigger truck, bigger engine probably (2 door badlands only comes in 2.3 turbo) and the 4 door. For me the 2...
Got my 2 Door Velocity Blue Badlands SAS and Lux packages with body color rooftop... Doing some minor upgrades... Will post photos soon.... I am calling it the 1oo yrs edition...
Looks like the badlands decal yellow/orange which some have matched to the BMW b70 (volcanic orange). Really close to NYC yellow cabs, so all you need to ad is a Taxi sign on top:)
I got the order confirmation on 2/21/25 for my 2 door fully customized Badlands (ordered at Crown Ford in Long Island, NY). On 3/13/25 I got an email with a build date of 5/5/25. Amazingly got another email on 5/16/25 saying it was built already and that same day another email saying is was...
Very interesting. I was envisioning something like a portable battery tube (like the ones in electric bikes) that you could carry in the car, charged or charging, and that you could swap at charging stations to have for an emergency (kind of like your jerry cans) and that would give you 10,20,50...
I tend to agree with you. No matter if it is electric or gas or diesel, there is an inherent inefficiency in our car industry. They are interested in upselling, marketing bigger heavier cars that need more energy and maintenance. Call me a sucker, for my love of SUVs (I had 3 Gwagens...
Got you. Wondering when they will come up with portable battery packs for EV´s, to use in place of the jerry cans... They can´t be much more hazardous to carry, or can they...🧯
Great info. The addition of buddies is key, as you need your spotters and for sharing some brewskies. I may bring the tripod to use it as a drying rack. It´s amazing how far has camping equipment developed since i was last out. Those RTT are light and easy. Thanks again.
Amazing times! I just got my 2025 two door badlands with the 2.3 Engine and was wondering if it could do the Rubicon. Have a couple of curious questions for you:
1. Did you have any other modifications besides the Sasquatch package?
2. That photo of the stars is nice, did you use a tripod for...
That makes sense now. Wondering if a full electric Bronco, maintaining the same form factor, departure angles, etc., would be both much more powerful, energy efficient and cheaper to produce and maintain? I don´t care for the politics debate of electric vs. gas, really, I am just genuinely...
Pardon my ignorance, I just got my new 2025 two door badlands (2.3 engine) and I wonder why wouldn´t Ford do the tunning from the factory, according to how the vehicle is built? Thanks for your input.
I just got my 2025 two door badlands. It comes with black interior accents. I would like to buy/trade the black grab handles for the ones with orange trim if anyone still wants to sell or trade. I found one online for the center grab handle, so I am just missing the door handles, but I will...
Thanks. So I am assuming that sensor would have a wire that has some slack so when you pop the covers out you won´t damage anything, am I correct? In other words, can you just pry the covers off without worrying about the parking sensor? Thanks guys!
