  1. 2025 Heritage 4 Door in Robin's Egg Blue -- Beach Build

Yeah, Grok, ChatGPT and rest don't get everything right. I did like the license options though, and it knew how many digits for Oregon, so there's that. I'm hoping AI will help me with installing speakers, Forscan, and all the rest. We'll see. Here's a picture of Sky View Blue, which was...
  2. 2025 Heritage 4 Door in Robin's Egg Blue -- Beach Build

I actually mechanically restored a 1970 Bronco but kept the paint. Never knew the code, believe it or not, as I never got to the paint stage before selling it. It had soooo much bondo I knew that I'd never keep it even after it was painted. It had the cool spare tire holder on the passenger...
  3. 2025 Heritage 4 Door in Robin's Egg Blue -- Beach Build

Here's a picture my dealer sent me...my Robin's Egg Blue Heritage Bronco! Boy, this is the first car I've purchased new in a LONG time, and I've already purchased LOTS of parts for it. I'll try to show the progression here. Until then, I asked GROK what a good six digit license plate would be...
  4. Need Advice on Ride Height — 2024 Bronco Badlands w/ 4” SST Lift & 37s

Out of curiosity, what is your droop travel at present? That should help determine what needs to be done. I also like the idea of a diff drop.
  5. Your vehicle is STILL being built email!

Still waiting on my order from September. Heritage REB 2.7, nothing fancy. Hoping for 2025, but expecting January. BTW, mine’s done but delivery is scheduled 4-6 weeks after. Henry Ford is rolling in his grave from the ‘efficiency.’
  6. 2025 Heritage 2.7 Issue List Growing..

My 2025 Heritage just finished production. Not sure if I'll get it in 2025 or 2026, but wanted REB. I forget if I ordered extra quirks or not. We'll see...
  7. "VEVOR" Hard Top Remover Lift

As someone who has had dozens of their products copied and released by other companies, I'd hope that customers would appreciate the company that spends the time to do the REAL R&D, not just "Rob & Duplicate." This doesn't even have to do with where it's made, just how it's designed....as an...
  8. Would you buy the 60th concept bumpers?

I had a 77 Blazer with ultra-shiny vinyl seats just like that. I had white on my '70 Bronco.
  9. 2.7L Engine Borescope Pictures of Valvoline Restore and Protect 5W-30 vs HPL 0W-30

I'm VERY surprised to hear that, especially considering that most of these are multi-billion dollar companies. I worked for a distribution company that picked up Red Line oil. I was given the lab results of all the various oil brands, and at the time Mobil 1 is the only brand that came close...
  10. 2.7L Engine Borescope Pictures of Valvoline Restore and Protect 5W-30 vs HPL 0W-30

M1 was the default best brand for quite a while, although I think that a lot of the synthetics like Castrol have caught up. My track buddies switched to Rotella oil used for diesel trucks for a while because it added zinc to the blend, which seemed to work well with turbos (turbo Miata track...
  11. 2.7L Engine Borescope Pictures of Valvoline Restore and Protect 5W-30 vs HPL 0W-30

Boy the historical "best color" has been a golden corn when you open up the engine. The VRP almost seems TOO clean! Oil's job is lubrication, heat dispersion, and to fight thermal breakdown, with the detergent additives in charge of cleaning duties. Racing oil doesn't include detergents...
  12. Oracle Lighting Wins Major IP Battle in China — Twice

Congratulations from someone with 11 patents, and who has also had their IP ripped off and made in China. And lets face facts; many times it's Americans who see a good idea and then send it off to China for some "R&D", which mainly means "Rob & Duplicate". I'm glad you guys stuck to your guns.
  13. Cheap (REAL CHEAP) B & O upgrade & some subwoofer questions

Thanks....learning daily. ;) My Bronco is on order and the first week of November is the scheduled build week.
  14. Cheap (REAL CHEAP) B & O upgrade & some subwoofer questions

Thanks for posting these links. However, I think that the stock amplifier is 2ohm, so the speakers should also be the same. I know that Kicker has the same model in a 2Ohm as it's also on my short list of replacement subs for the stock unit. AZCoyote has a link that talks about using a Kicker...
  15. New eBay Bronco light maker...anyone have experience?

    Yeah, it’s my Achilles heel…
  16. New eBay Bronco light maker...anyone have experience?

https://ebay.us/m/5ssGaH I'm in the market and when nice looking part comes along at what looks like a deep discount, the cheap-o in me takes notice. Anyone have experience or have seen a Youtube about t by ese lights?
  17. Meet Ashoka. My 2024 Bronco Rator (Stormtrooper mode!)

Did you just quote Taylor Swift?
  18. What adhesive bonds to the rough interior trim plastic?

This. 3M VHB, which unfortunately is often duplicated so you see a red release tape and ASSume that it's 3M. Mostly it's not. This is the stuff that OEM's use to adhere trim spoilers to cars, so it's strong. Prep is key.
  19. Kicker Key 200.4 Done Correctly

Thanks again. There's too much information floating around and the goal is 3421 for my beach Bronco. Given 6.5" kicks, 4" dash, and 6.5" pods, I don't think anything bigger than a 10" sub is warranted. Also, the FIRST thing I've already bought for the "sound system" is sound deadening...
  20. Kicker Key 200.4 Done Correctly

Thanks! I was planning on running 6.5 rears with an 8" or 10" under seat unit, unless that's verboten. Input welcome. I'd run the rear pods off the head amp as you recommended, and the connector wring all seems to include a sub connector. The "sound stage" goes out the windows when topless...
