The problem I had was the highway sweepers in Oregon, in the rain. It was dark, slippery, and you just don't know exactly what's around the bend. I'm absolutely going to swap out the fog lights for some yellow SAE fogs (direct replacements) from Baja Designs. I actually used to sell to Baja...
Haven't tried ANY of the modes, yet. But did find a nice little trail for a test-drive:

I'm not a fan either, although we'll see if they grow on me or not. Katskinz is on my list, although I still definitely--100%--must have plaid in the truck. In my 1977 Blazer I added black/blue/white plaid fabric as the headliner. I may do the same on the Bronco.
Boy, I am SOOO SORRY. If you're expecting suspension tweaks or new wheels, this ain't the post. I'm adding Bronco door sill protectors. ;)
Here's the Amazon link:
Amazon Door Sill Protectors--NO affiliation to me!
And here's what they look like and how to install them:
I bought these...
THIS was my world yesterday. And while the Bronco was not specifically made for this, it handled itself well. I decided to trust Google when getting into L.A....never again. It took me to FIVE different highways on the way home, instead of just Hwy 5. Nightmarish.
I will say that I MISS...
They do not. LED yes, beautiful signature lights, no. I'm wondering if they would have the same effect with a white grill....you tell me. ;) The LED lights on a rainy highway with lots of highway-speed curves did not seem like enough.
I was considering aftermarket Raptor-style, but I want to...
I owned and restored a 1970 Bronco with a very similar color, which is why I got the REB instead of buying a 2026 model. What can I say? I'm nostalgic. The 1970--with 3 on the tree--was noisy in the most glorious way, although I couldn't imagine driving 850 miles with that kinda noise, on...
Apparently Ford has been addressing this issue for 2026, and rolled out many of the updates for the late 2025 vehicles. With time I expect my vehicle to get a little louder, and I've already purchased sound deadening mat. Weatherstripping the top and potentially adding more padding to the top...
"Newbie". ;) I guess "New Buyer" in my case.
Honestly, forgot how much FUN it is to drive a truck! "Truck" falls into the category of body-on-frame, and capable of work off road.
Yeah, I did. My bad. Dark, new car, and the designation for 2wd is "2H". And 4H is right next to it, like it's the next step intuitively.
Speaking of which, interior lights. They need addressing. It's on my list.
That's right, I picked up this 2025 REB Heritage model with no add-ons December 18th, after Lithonia Ford in Roseburg Oregon had technically closed, and drove it to SoCal the next day. Here's the bullet points
--Paul Palomalu, Ron, Bobby and crew made it easy to order (August 11th-ish), and...
Bought it new yesterday and drove it over 850 miles today (14+ hours). After all that, I came away impressed with the truck as long-distance freeway driving should not be its strong point.
1) The woman at the first gas station complimented the car....really liked it.
2) At the second gas...
Can you 100% confirm that Bronco Sport seats are the same as Bronco, at least for the seat base? I'd like to swap manual for power, understanding that there will be wiring issues once the manual issues have been addressed.
