It's not Tesla, you have to buy from the dealer network at least in most countries no idea on the peculiarities in your part of the world. Sounds like perhaps you're dealing with a broker vs an actual Ford dealer, e.g. they order cars from a Ford dealer, import, then resell?

OP is in Saudi Arabia, lot of "dictating" going on in that part of the world. That said this seems like a very odd situation but if OP is happy otherwise getting tube steps he doesn't want isn't the worst thing in the world. 5 mins w/ a socket set will solve the problem.

That's good to hear but audio quality (unless you have proper tools to measure) is very subjective. Can you give us some frame of reference for the kind of music you listen to, other systems you have heard (car or home) that you like?
