I read the first page, and understand I share an engine build date with another owner whose engine failed. But I have 9000 miles on mine, so hopefully I am somehow escaping that fate.

Dealt with this frustrating āconnect to usbā garbage from October to Feb.
Finally fixed by deleting all devices from Sync, Sync from phone, rebooting phone, and resetting Sync to factory, so...

I have actually really liked my built in blindspot mirrors. Maybe the length of the 4 door changes the reference point geometryā¦i.e. the rear fender flare is further back? š¤
bumping this in case anyone is still having wireless CarPlay issues like me!
In addition to what I mentioned above, I have kept iOS updated, have reset wireless settings on my phone, manually rebooted sync, disconnected the battery in the Bronco several times, and pulled the sync fuse...
Full take-off, oem base front bumper setup. July 2021 basequatch build.
As pictured, the plastic front bumper (with inner backing metal bracket), and the solid (Base) trim caps that conceal its fog light cutouts underneath. Those caps could be modified pretty easily to accommodate lights.
