  1. Little Engine, Big Power: My 2.3L Bronco Performance Modification Build

Got a small update to share on the TurboBay Performance Turbo. The stock turbocharger for the 2.3L EcoBoost is generally identified as a Garrett MGT2260SZ. Compressor Inducer: OEM: 46.5 mm -- TBP 51mm Compressor Exducer: OEM: 60.0 mm -- TBP 68mm Turbine Inducer: OEM: 50.0 mm -- TBP 50mm...
  2. Little Engine, Big Power: My 2.3L Bronco Performance Modification Build

I need to find my old Android tablet so I can give this a try. The up and down mixing feature would be a godsend. 2.7 rig = 2nd gear + sport mode + 4H + Advancetrac off + Launch around 2700 RPM. 2.3 rig = 1st gear + sport mode + 2H + Advancetrac off + Launch around 3000 RPM
  3. So, what is up with 2.3 Bronco tune? ANYTHING as to why???

Dyno runs are definitly coming, but it's going to be a few weeks at least. Thanks for the tip. Right now I have to do a "Full write" every time. I'll send in a support ticket.
  4. Little Engine, Big Power: My 2.3L Bronco Performance Modification Build

Yup, haha. It wasn’t having it. I was shifting it like I was a mustang and it said - Not today!! I did just order the Steeda spring. Not gonna help with this, but should improve pedal feel.
  5. Little Engine, Big Power: My 2.3L Bronco Performance Modification Build

The 93 tune is done. I tried for one more 1/4 mile pull, but the OEM clutch is struggling—the pedal felt weird after a hard 1–2 shift. It’s behaving for now, but I’ll need to rethink my launches or upgrade the clutch sooner than expected if I keep doing these Dragy pulls. On the E30 front...
  6. So, what is up with 2.3 Bronco tune? ANYTHING as to why???

It looks like those with an older ProCal that supports Rev Matching are the lucky ones. With the latest software updates, Rev Matching can't even be enabled anymore. Even with a custom tune—where all the necessary boxes are checked in the software—it still won't trigger. It’s disappointing to...
  7. So, what is up with 2.3 Bronco tune? ANYTHING as to why???

I've been working with Ryan Martin @ EMS. Just wrapped up the 93 tune and she scoots :) Already got the E30 base map and going to starting logging tomorrow. I will say, I wish the HP Tuners Fast Flash option worked...hopefully it will soon. If anyone plans on tuning with HP tuners then an...
  8. Little Engine, Big Power: My 2.3L Bronco Performance Modification Build

Thanks! I like to save money so I don't mind buying value products and buying used. I'd definitely get a tune after your intercooler is installed. I don't feel like the charge pipes and cold air intake added much, but still have more testing to do. You can get the downpipe now without dealing...
  9. Parts list and discussion for 2025+ DI/Port injection conversion

Would probably be a nightmare making the swap. The MPC is a completely different engine. The cylinder head, intake manifold are specifically cast and machined to house the secondary fuel rail and injectors. The ECU is also different, so you would have to swap that and pay someone to program it...
  10. 2025 Full Digital Cluster successfully installed - swapped into 2022 Wildtrak

I know some of you are still stuck on the oil life reset. Whenever I try to reset mine by holding the 'OK' button, nothing happens. However, if you turn the ignition to 'ON' and hold both the brake and gas pedals to the floor for about 20 seconds, the check engine light will flash and the oil...
  11. Little Engine, Big Power: My 2.3L Bronco Performance Modification Build

Scored some HOSS 3.0 shocks! No rear sway bar on the 21, but I'm going to make it happen anyway.
  12. 2021–2024 Ford Bronco 12″ Full Digital Instrument Cluster Upgrade- Infotainment.com

Yes, it is :) I have one in my 2021 Base + 7-Speed
  13. Looking for stage 4 - 57 mm turbo

Should be closer to 57mm. I’m also adding a T51R mod, so that could impact the size a little bit. I’m still waiting on the final spec.
  14. 2025 Full Digital Cluster successfully installed - swapped into 2022 Wildtrak

It’s honestly not hard at all. I feel like could do it again in 30 mins using my Milwaukee cordless ratchet, but there’s no reason to rush. Just a note, there are three screw types. A T20 torx that’s under the hero switches and two size screws, both with a 7mm head. Just make sure you notate...
  15. 2025 Full Digital Cluster successfully installed - swapped into 2022 Wildtrak

Not for a while. It's more of less going to be an overview, so probably not going to be too helpful. The previous video I linked does an amazing job showcasing the install process. You can follow that, just skip the air bag and passenger side removal part.
  16. Little Engine, Big Power: My 2.3L Bronco Performance Modification Build

Yep, the 2025 cluster can be made to work with an auto or manual trans. I didn't want to deal with any Forscan nightmares, so I paid for a programming service. All I had to do was load the file into Forscan and hit "write all" then input the mileage and done. Took me 5 mins... $169 well spent if...
  17. 2025 Full Digital Cluster successfully installed - swapped into 2022 Wildtrak

Less than an hour to get to the point where I could remove the cluster. I will say, you don't need to remove the passenger side of the dash face as they show in the video. You can pull back the surround and get access to the last bolt. I speak to it a little bit in the video.
  18. 2025 Full Digital Cluster successfully installed - swapped into 2022 Wildtrak

If you're getting hung up, then it might be a good idea to pay for the programming. It costs $169 and they send you a new IPC file and all you have to do load the new IPC file and click "Write all" then put your mileage in and done. Honestly it's worth it to me since I hate ForScan...
