Matthew at TurboBay Performance is able to make it work. You can go up to a 57mm compressor wheel with a modified OEM turbo. Limited to 51mm with the T51R mod.

I have the 7-speed manual and the clutch does need to be upgraded to cope with this much torque. The 10R60 is good up to 520-ish RWTQ, so not a problem for folks with the auto.
Pulls were done in 2WD in normal mode with advance trak off.
Hey everyone,
Some of you may have seen my build thread here, but I wanted to make a separate post of my dyno results so the results don’t get buried in the thread. Finally I had a chance to head to the dyno to get some results for my custom tuned 2.3L Bronco. Here is a list of the specs and...
When I pulled the intake I got a look at the valves. Despite being an early 2021 model without evidence of a catch can —the valves look surprisingly good for 67k miles. There’s some minor carbon buildup on the stems and the ports, but nothing concerning in my opinion. I recently installed a UPR...
I'll be sharing some Dyno results real soon. I'll more than likely make it a separate post since It will get buried in this thread. I can tell you that E30 is where it's at :)
Update:
I recently installed the GPE ported intake manifold and throttle body. The install was straightforward—arguably easier than the 2.7L. While the power gains are modest, the throttle response is noticeably sharper and the power delivery is much smoother, making a significant difference in...
I’m currently running an E30 blend in my 2.3L Bronco with a custom tune, and the performance is amazing. My experience with ethanol across both engine platforms has been consistently impressive:
2.7L Bronco (Stock Tune): Even on the factory map, switching to E30 shaved 0.2 seconds off my 0–60...
The E30 tune is officially wrapped up! After 4 revisions, the Bronco feels like a completely different animal compared to stock. I’ll provide a deep dive once I have more seat time, but the power increase is awesome :muscle:
Unfortunately, it appears the stock clutch is officially the...
I installed the HOSS 3.0 shocks and Pro Comp UCAs over the weekend with a friend. To my surprise, the truck is sitting almost perfectly level: 40” in the front and 40 1/8” in the rear. These reportedly came off a 4-door Wildtrak. While the ride is a bit stiff around town, the highway feel is...
LOL - I hear you. Nostrum makes HPFPs and injectors for the 2.3 Ranger so they should be compatible. I think Adam at ZFG Racing is in the process of testing it out with a 2.3 Bronco customer, so we'll find out at some point soon. I don't plan on going beyond the capability of the stock motor, so...
Haven't tried to launch it yet. I'll probably wait until the E30 tune is fully dialed in. I will say, the E30 tune feels much more substantial when compared to the 93 tune. It's provides the power I was waiting for and I'm excited to see if there's more juice in the tank...
That said, I hate...
Just flashed Rev 1 of the E30 tune and she’s feeling spicy. Hope to get the E30 tune wrapped up this week.
A buddy and I are going to install the Hoss 3.0 shocks and new UCAs this weekend.
I believe this fueling strategy is the same on the 2.7 Ecboost. I am curious about the the new twin scroll turbo though, and mostly how it affects throttle response. I've owned both 2.3 and 2.7 custom tuned Broncos and the throttle delay or "Lag" on the 2.7 is nearly non-existent when compared...
