I was able to get the paint mixed for Heritage Blue aka Robins egg blue. Looks like Ford Vintage Wind Blue from the early 70's and Skylight blue from the early 60's take a look at the thread below.

Got a code to work with my paint supplier. Not anything sprayed or cleared yet and in regular shop lighting.. just a sneak peek. CW - HERITAGE LIGHT BLUE. Will get it sprayed and cleared on a paint card this weekend if I get the chance.

Definitely take that site with a grain of salt, however the hues and not necessarily the names, have been correct in the past. The A51 may be the Robins Egg Blue?
Definitely. Motorcraft's touch up paints are around 20-25 bucks and they have a basecoat and a topcoat, and a little abrasive thing on the end to rough it up.
True and you are right. I ended up pricing their stuff out and printed it. I then took it to my local Dealer who price matched it and was able to use my points anyway.
