    Most dealers will refuse to install non-OEM parts on vehicles under warranty because so doing exposes them to liability issues from manufacturers and customers.

    Careful! Have purchased fobs on ebay before and have never been successful programming them. Even the locksmiths were unsuccessful. Took them to the dealer - again no luck. Best bet is to suck it up and buy it programmed from Ford.
