I've been wondering if maybe they're sitting because they want to wait for the train to be full before sending it out. But I have no idea how many vehicles fit on a train at any one time, so I could be way off base here.

My initial EDD in the built email was 4/15 to 4/21. Earlier today the backdoor link had me between 5/11 and 5/17. But now it's consistent with the email. So I have no idea what to believe.
