Guess we will see if my engine blows up in the Michigan cold snaps, but no I did not. Overarching issue is that there are no outlets to plug into where I generally park anyways so.....
I'd personally view made in Japan as a plus, but no I do not. If I wanted a 4runner I would have bought one instead of the Bronco already. The only thing I have heard about the new one is they are finally updating the engine and transmission?
But if it works better for you then go for it!
I guess working in automotive I'm jaded to this. Some things you will just have to hit yourself like some members said with roustoleum. I don't expect a perfect product, because I know the overarching complexity. Since the bolts are not painted over this looks like it was caused by tightening...
Watching this very closely. Love the design and the ergonomics of this rack. My wife and I do not need a heavy-duty rack but want something to strap the recovery gear and other items to. As we will plan on sleeping in our 4-D.
21 Offroad No Drill Mudflaps (Front AND Rear) - 2021+ Bronco – StickerFab
Bought and installed the above (linked). I have the GoatFab sliders, and they do not rub at all (33.5 Ko2 tires). Overall, I like the bracket attachments, the front was a pain because as some reviews say the allen screws...
2.7 Yeah when I saw yours I was like... 'wait a second'
Edit: In thinking on this. Since the badlands comes with the 2.3 Manual, and the 2.7 is not standard. That would make sense that they forgot to change the knob icon. I work in quality and that seems like something that would be missed in a...
I applied about 5 cans of CRC to the underside and frame (sans the skidplates) of mine. Thinking I will do a professional application next year. Pretty much just sprayed it where I would reach without lifting my badlands no-sas. Truck smelled like a crayon for like 2 weeks, and some components...
You mean the patented flippy-flappers? I've literally thought about adding some rags or something between the roll cage bars and the side rear windows. No issues with the rear window, but those rear sides man....
I also have not. I think most of the issues seen are from those that do not know how to put their tops back together correctly after removing parts.
I've dismantled mine multiple times and have no issues.
Yeah, I only run 87 when I am short change. In MI we have up to 93. That being said I have the 2.7 so hopefully the port + DI will add even more longevity. Interesting that the 3.0 only has DI. I assume due to complexity and time constraints in design.
Except the temp will not read out when the camera display is active on the touchscreen. Ford gets kudos on the readout coming up with the screen in off-mode though.
I have the high package. I honestly don't miss anything from Lux.
ACC, don't need it as I go 70 mph on the freeway to stay at 2000 RPM (for the gas savings). So everyone is just flying by me anyways.
Heated steering wheels I do not like, as I wear fingerless gloves when needed. And you can...
This was one of the big reasons I went with a non-sas badlands. Also those Goodyears seem far louder than the BFgoodrich KO2s that come on the stock badlands & the Raptor.
