Have you considered Method Beadgrip? Check out Dirtlifestyle YT videos. He tests them to 0 psi. I wheeled with him in Canada and he ran down to 3psi. They are DOT approved and affordable too.

Not to derail your install posting but I was curious if you buy the Ford Hoss 3.0 rack to replace a Hoss 2.0 rack. Will they accept the Hoss 2.0 as the core return?

I may relocate the camera in the future. I don't plan to move the solenoid pack. I think I like it where it is giving some UV protection to the winch line. Is the winch line fully exposed with the box removed?
