RC High Winch Mount with the RC camera relocate kit!!!! Also installed the ADD Frame Horn Stiffeners. I have pulled pretty hard with it. It shows no signs of weakness.
In preparation for the Rubicon Trail we put ourselves and the BRaptor through some test runs in our backyard here in Idaho. This short clip shows us on a 1 mile trail in the Owhyee basalt rock. This rock formation is a cheese grater. It is very difficult to slide and ripping a tire wide open...
@venture2roam just threw some Braptor porn clips from his current video together for us. Its not Rubicon footage but shows some BRaptor articulation, rock crawling and winching. I will put it in a new thread. Man the camera just doesn’t do it justice though.
1) Beyond tie rods, the exhaust, and parts you mentioned pulling, are there any parts (especially specific skids) you’d want to add before another run?
I would keep the stock tie rods but carry a spare. My spare arrived yesterday. The BRaptor inner tie rods are STOUT. The standard badlands...

I am wheeling my stock BRaptor with @venture2roam. I LOVE my BRaptor. It will stay stock. He has a video of my BRaptor on Metal Masher with a lifted 392. We just completed the Rubicon Trail this weekend….BRaptor, lifted 392 on 38s, and a lift JKU on 37s. @Venture2roam will have that video...
Well…sorry it took so long. Sold the Badlands purchased a BRaptor installed the RC winch mount with ADD frame stiffeners. Did a self recovery with the RRP pulley. The mount was strong!!!! No issues.
Raptor owner here…..2500 miles rear diff fluid was thick gray. The drain plug had a 1/4” of sludge on it. WTF!!!! The quick lube guys at the shop laughed at me that I was going to change my fluids early. I called them back to let them know what I found and show them the video of the sludge...
