Helping a friend and his wife today move from Austin, TX to Colorado and we stopped for the night in Lubbock.
Every Bronco I saw on the drive today was a two door, all 7 of them.
Way to go Texas. Actually get to see so many two doors and Iām driving my Bison because Iām towing.
Be a great father and make the day all about her and your new son in law. All though no weddings are perfect, just remember itās all about joy. Have a great day and congratulations to you all.
I was surprised when I bought my Bronco in Feb of this year and traded in my ā18 Miata Club with the Brembo, Recaro and BBS package that USAA said the Bronco which was 25k more than the Miata that the insurance was cheaper.
So I read through the whole thread and my impression before I started reading is Rough Country is like Harbor Freight of the 4wd world. Don't get me wrong, it has it's place and I have bought products from them. But there is no way for the price that they can research and test like the more...
It allows you to air up tires faster, think of it you are pulling air from the tank (compressed), and not directly waiting on the compressors. It also allows you to run air tools from it.
Iāve been using mine for years and itās been a beast. However I only recommend it if you have multiple vehicles you will be using it on as it takes up space, which is its only downside besides price IMO.
I snapped this one from the internet. I've done what I said on my trailer, but it is at my other house, so I'll take pictures of what I did exactly, tomorrow.
While your tow vehicle does not need matching rims and tires, there are some real benefits, besides just looking cool. My Schutt Industries XV-2 trailer has a spare tire carrier as well, so I decided to go with matching rims and tires because if I get in a bind where I have two flat/unrepairable...
My suggestion is go over to www.expeditionportal.com a lot of folks have built their own overland trailers over there a have long posts on what the did, the mistakes they made, etc.
As with most of the constraints, they are not 100% constraints. You'll often see the constraints listed with a percentage. So if it says Lux package constraints 80% they are able to build out 20% with Lux package. (I may have those numbers switched, but you should get the point).
IMO opinion it's all about the dollars and Ford can't raise it's stock price much compared to it's competitors. As a former GM IT employee we had groups that worked with software game companies to make sure our products were represented the way some executive thought they should be, but they...
I doubt it highly, look what they did for the Bronco Raptor to receive higher toughing capability, they've raised prices enough, I can't see them justifying raising the costs for that functionality. Let's face it, the Wrangler and the Bronco aren't the best vehicles to tow with.
IMO he is a modern interpretation of a snake oil salesman. When 90% of what someone always says is negative he is just a narcissist trying to get an audience where he doesnāt have much to offer, ever.
Try a Sy-clone pre-filter it has a fan and an outlet for dust and water, it has really helped with the dust here in Texas and Iāve never found any water in the air box after driving through heavy rains.
