    Remove the relay and the supplied switch and then wire the positive red wire to the desired AUX switch, then black to chassis ground

    Hmm. that is a quality ground with 12AWG. It may be the lights. I do run all rough country lights and never had any interference. Let us know how the ambers work for you.

    Sounds like a grounding issue with not enough AWG for the resistance. what AWG is your ground wire and is it sharing the same ground as another piece of equipment that is consistently "on"
