  1. Watch this Bronco recovery and the damage the owner did to his Bronco

https://wayalife.com/store/proddetail.php?prod=PARTS-HITCH-STINGER#:~:text=The%20Hitch%20Stinger%20is%20designed,significant%20damage%20to%20your%20tailgate. Would have saved him a lot of money.
  2. Watch this Bronco recovery and the damage the owner did to his Bronco

Good example why a bumper carrier is better. Stronger but can also allow flex. One thig I have seen often is a hitch stinger or basically a bar out of the hitch so that hits before the tire. Only possible problem with that is you can now bend the frame on a hard enough hit.
  3. Another Bronco w/ Broken Tie Rod stranded and recovered

Common on IFS, not just a Bronco thing. Broncos actually seem to have the fewest broken tie rods with the size tires they are running. H2s it was very common.
  4. Bronco Gets Stuck In Sand and Recovered

And be prepared to drive it like you stole it. Sand and snow is not always the place to drive slow to see what is ahead. If you do not know then always stop and walk it.
  5. Solid Front Axle for Ford Bronco by Lonestar Ring & Pinion

Because some people want a great trail rig that is street legal and not a Jeep. Want a head turning Bronco. Same reason there are a ton of FJ Cruisers and H2/3s out there with a SAS.
  6. Solid Front Axle for Ford Bronco by Lonestar Ring & Pinion

Bigger problem is the trackbar goes driver down toward passenger on both the front and the rear. That is a big tip over no-no. Maybe they relocated the rear but I do not see any images of it.
  7. Rut could go wrong? "Charging System: Service Now" fault & disabled Bronco from muddy good time

So true, Sand as well, dunes that is. Super fine and wears out parts. A side by side is 100% better for that. Cannot avoid mud in the PNW but I stay out of the deep muck.
  8. BFGoodrich KO3 All-Terrain T/A tires are coming soon

Personally I like to go with the lowest load rating I can get away with. They squat better when aired down, are cheaper and are usually lighter.
  9. BFGoodrich KO3 All-Terrain T/A tires are coming soon

It was the AT3s. Also when looking the M + S rating is a joke. The Three peak snowflake is the real deal. really also depends on what snow driving you are doing. I am mostly talking about Snow road driving semi plowed. Mountains with deep snow then going a MT would be better. MTs on plowed...
  10. BFGoodrich KO3 All-Terrain T/A tires are coming soon

There is a huge difference between Kos and KO2s. Duratracs were a far better tire in the snow then the KOs. BFG improved the KO2 to be on par. For snow (we are talking on hte road and not snow wheeling) the Coopers do seem to be the best.
  11. BFGoodrich KO3 All-Terrain T/A tires are coming soon

I hear people say that from time to time but I live in the Pacific North West and deal with rain and snow. I have had studded snow tires and that is the best but the KO2s are pretty good in snow and rain and I have been through a lot of other tires. Seems like people are maybe thinking the...
  12. Second Bronco totaled from Hurrican Ian. What is fair market value: Answer.

I live in the Pacific North West toward the Cascades. We get snow from time to time. My city does not use it while the city to my west does. Huge difference in how good the snow removal is. Dammed if you do and dammed if you don't.
  13. Second Bronco totaled from Hurrican Ian. What is fair market value: Answer.

Lol, what the hell do you think they are using that for? Nasty stuff for sure.
  14. Second Bronco totaled from Hurrican Ian. What is fair market value: Answer.

There is a huge difference between driving on de icer and having all the harnesses and plugs being submerged in sea water for an extended period of time. Way to much tech and things to go wrong. I commend you that you would not take the pay out or piece of mind on a brand new 60k vehicle. I...
  15. Second Bronco totaled from Hurrican Ian. What is fair market value: Answer.

You would never get all the salt out so any pooling water later would be a rust issue and already living close to the coast totaling was the best thing. Just the salty air is bad enough. Once saw a landcover that looked pristine on the outside in a garage. Talking to the guy he say look under...
  16. Second Bronco totaled from Hurrican Ian. What is fair market value: Answer.

Was going to say I have been in deeper water than that but then realized it was sitting in salt water for some time. Yeah, that cannot be good. Just look at any vehicle that pulls boats in and out of salt water for anly length of time. So sorry for the loss but I am really glad your...
  17. Ford Bronco now makes up more than 25% of segment market share

"Fewer" Would be less market share, fewer Jeeps. On the side note why is the Bronco sport even considered in this segment. Only reason I think they named it a Bronco is for marketing reasons like this presentation.
  18. Oopsie... dropped and dented my door this weekend

    100% also 100% jealous.
  19. Oopsie... dropped and dented my door this weekend

Here is the image I was looking for. They called it half doors but to me that looks sweet doorless.
  20. Oopsie... dropped and dented my door this weekend

Actually Bantam was the first. To small of a company so they gave the design to Ford and Willys. Ford improved on the design but was not the first general purpose vehicle , Willys got the first contract to build it.
