They’re both nice looking blues but Velocity can wash out a little too much in the sun. Lightning is a nice medium blue in every lighting situation and really pops in the sun.
Ford should have never got rid of Lightning Blue on the Mustang. It looks amazing on the Bronco and one of the best Ford blues. Navy Pier still looks bad though...
Ford really dropped the ball on the interior options. For a vehicle they tout the customization on there really isn't much of any choice interior wise as your stuck with the designer's poor tastes. I have a FE and Wildtrak reservation and now I'm not sure what I'm going to do since both have...
I had a GT350 and Raptor in Lightning Blue. It’s a beautiful shade of blue and they never should have replaced it with Velocity. Looks like I found my Bronco color. Now if they could just offer it on the GT500...
It's important to me and I'm proud to be buying an American made vehicle. However, I am a bit concerned given the mess of a launch Ford had with the 2020 Explorer and Aviator. I love my wife's Aviator, but it had a ton of build quality issues that needed to be addressed.
Granger seems to be in it for the long-term payoff which I respect. The payoff being more allocations of the Ford Performance variant of the Bronco whenever it comes out. The more Broncos they sell the more Ford Performance allocation they're likely to get. Not to mention a ton of trades...
They’re not. I have it in writing from Blake Schindler, General Sale Manager, at Bob Davidson they’re selling Bronco for MSRP. He also said they’ll accept x plan assuming Ford offers it on the Bronco.
Koons Ford of Baltimore is also doing MSRP and accepting x plan if Ford offers it on the Bronco.
You should note this is the Annapolis dealer that's not affiliated with any of the other Koons locations. It's owned by a different member of the Koons family. A lot of people get the Baltimore and Annapolis locations mixed but thinking they're the same operation.
