I'm actually not sure how much weight it can hold, but it feels pretty sturdy. I did have issues with the hand screws that connected the top to the sides, but I know the raised lid one connects differently to the sides
Same happened to me, got the email that it was scheduled and then never any emails after that from Ford and have had mine since January so you will be good. I'm still checking my spam folder everyday in hopes that I'll get the production line photo, but never have any luck
I can't help you with the exterior gaps, but I can tell you mine has all those exact same interior gaps. The one over the door almost looks like they designed it that way, not sure why though
I added it to my 2022 about 2 weeks ago and have had no issues at all. It makes the throttle and steering so much more responsive that is the main mode I use now when driving

I've been daily driving my Badlands 2.7l 4 door for about 3 weeks now and so far I've been averaged about 17.5 mpg. My drive is typically half highway and half city. On the drive home from the dealer that was all highway, I was able to get up to roughly 19-20 mpg
