Today I checked in at the farm stand and my coworker said "Hey your Bronco is here" thinking she was talking about my wife was pulling in kiss and a swim. So I looked out and a Antimatter-black(my other co worker thought it was black) Sasquatch Big Bend soft top pulled in. So I watched em park...
Yeah long life, offroading, and autos are a bad mix. I've worked on too too many leaky coolers and lines to ever pay $50,000 for something I know will leak trans fluid in my face one day.
If it were functional it would be called a cowl vent. Not a scoop. Either way not a fan. Give me a relocated intercooler with a functional scoop. For that I would pay $500.
Just add a few washers to the rear spacer and you will have a proper lift. Dont want those 37s to rub the rear when you add any cargo. 3" is solid though. If I can afford one of the Bilstein rigs, I think 3" lift and 36" swampers would be perfect to me. Once you get over 35s odd number sizes...
Sorry I just assume every one is as poor as me or atleast operates as if they are. Its the only way I can continue to go on:cry::ROFLMAO::cry:. Show of hands how many folks on the forum work in a hourly labor type position?
Restoration qualities may vary. Also I dont have enough money to think about paying people to do anything other than spraying paint lol. Restored, to me, is drivable and clean from 25 ft :ROFLMAO:
Its a money pit anyway. The question is do you have 15k extra for restoration, or do you want a old bronco you can beat on and wheel after you get it running for 3k if you are lucky. Yeah it is a deal but at a cost unless you want to flip the project.
The auto will overheat one day and die. Or piss fluid in 8 years when a cooling line goes unexpectedly. It will probably just seep a lil, till your trans is burned up before you knew you had a problem.
