  1. Rockslide Engineering Steps - GROUP BUY has started!

Yeah that was common on the first batch. I emailed their support and they sent the correct grommets out immediately. I have a leveled badlands and the stup up is perfect for me ... Only problem is if they ever break or get stuck closed, they will be awkward to climb over.
  2. Designed my own low profile cargo box (for complete lay flat mattress)

Nice work! I'm jealous of that low-profile! To get the depth I wanted in my own drawer, plus clearance for the plastic mouldings, I ended up way taller than desired.
  3. Dash Phone Mount from "Buck Your Bronco"

Oops I guess I should have mentioned that. My phone cases of choice are pretty thin, so the small worked perfectly. The larger holder's info mentioned that it is for phones with thick cases, so I went the other route.
  4. And it’s begun... Bronco Raptor flippers 🤦

We should give them the benefit of the doubt. Its not flipping, it's just that selling the raptors is currently the only way they can get rid of those fender flares.
  5. 7MT Club

Yep. I drove into the dealer with a 5 speed and drove out only after stalling in 3rd on my first attempt. And then again at the first stoplight, with my salesman along for his first bronco ride. Quite embarrassing. 😁
  6. 2.3L muffler delete [added sound clip]

Wow, if that recorded sound is true to life, the chugging would be right at home struggling up some backwoods trails. Definitely reminds me of an old tractor, as others have said. I prefer to be a little quieter, with a nicer tone; but this is close. Will be watching to see what people come up...
  7. Sudden stop, bent hitch.

Lots of flames here. I am a fairly mechanicical minded person with a good grasp of physics, as well as countless hours towing extremely large loads. That being said, I am surprised and underwhelmed by the design of the receiver, and did not expect it to be this weak. I've never had a...
  8. I don’t really miss having a truck

Same here. My utility trailer does everything I need, and big spontaneous purchases can stick out the open roof:
  9. TPMS sensors options?

I second this. Tire Rack's sensors are not only cheap, but are also actual "Schrader" brand. No telling. What you will get off eBay or other random sites. I added them as an accessory to my order of similar Fuel wheels (which I already owned) to ensure I got the right ones for both the wheels...
  10. DIY Aluminum Cargo Shelf & Drawer (finally done!)

I know the feeling! I can't ride my motorcycle more than 30mins before my hands go numb. If the sahke is consistent though, it makes for a perfect stacked-dimes bead. 😀
  11. DIY Aluminum Cargo Shelf & Drawer (finally done!)

I responded to this just after, but the quotes didn't come through.
  12. DIY Aluminum Cargo Shelf & Drawer (finally done!)

I bought an economical TIG (AHP brand) for some detailed steel work and finally found a reason to learn aluminum on it. Good little machine... But by the time I upgrade the pedal and torch (upgraded torch was needed for the 3/16") it's not quite as economical. Even with the TIG, I spent most of...
  13. DIY Aluminum Cargo Shelf & Drawer (finally done!)

That's a tough call because of different designs, and I am still too afraid to officially add all the receipts together. All the ones for sale seem to be square boxes that leave wasted space all around them. I'm guessing I could have made something similar to those for a similar cost, by...
  14. DIY Aluminum Cargo Shelf & Drawer (finally done!)

I think fun but brutal sums it up nicely. Lol. My wallet took the worst of the brunt though... Didn't notice how much the small aluminum orders added up til the end. 🤢 Yeah I am wishing I had used thinner wood to save some weight and vertical height. I'm not an engineer though, and had to...
  15. DIY Aluminum Cargo Shelf & Drawer (finally done!)

So I lost an entire summer of my life working on this drawer project, but finally installed it just 24 hrs before my camping trip (more pics at end): Had I figured up the cost in money and tears beforehand, I probably wouldn't have attempted it. If you have a metal brake, you could do it in...
  16. NOW AVALIABLE- ORACLE LIGHTING INTEGRATED WINDSHIELD ROOF LED LIGHT BAR SYSTEM FOR 2021+ FORD BRONCO

I ordered this. It is functional and looks great for what it is, I just hate covering up more of the gorgeous Cyber orange than my Bestop frame already does. It is a decent chunk of change, but compare to the 1k "fog lights" that everyone is selling (and that don't fit/look great IMO), this is...
  17. What offset are you running?

Nothing that I've noticed so far, mainly from leaning on it, but I'm not watching it when hitting bumps and such. The weight of the vectors+Kenda's is the same as OEM Squatch takeoffs, but the offset prevents the rubber bumpers from supporting the tire. I purchased some longer bumpers but...
  18. Speaker comparisons for B&O upgrade

In the meantime I installed Polk 6.5“s and am quite happy. Just finished swapping out the B&O sub (Polk 8" MM) and adding an amp (Kenwood waterproof) and am very pleased. The Kenwood has very low tolerance for input voltage, so I had to add a LOC that drops the aplified sub output. I'm missing...
  19. Raptor fog lights - part #'s for install on regular Bronco?

Oh wow those look nice. But at 1k+ it is hard to pull the trigger, and they aren't attached to the end caps, which makes them prone to damage if you pull the caps off. Personally, I would prefer round driving lights with a halo to match the headlights. Hella sells them for about $800, but they...
  20. Raptor fog lights - part #'s for install on regular Bronco?

We are waiting for the same thing. I do not like the idea of spending so much money on a light that mounts behind my bumper (rather than inside the pocket) and isn't easily removable for when the modular end caps come off. If the Raptor pockets don't work or aren't removable easily, I'm looking...
