    What @Ducati1098 said. You cant just pull down the HVAC panel and unplug it. You either need to bypass it with the Auto Stop Eliminator or Forscan it.

    Run the IPC module configuration. Then set the Turn Signal Speed Sensitive Volume to Enabled. Click on Write to program the setting and follow the subsequent prompts.

    I was afraid you might ask that. Someone mentioned it in passing in another thread, I made the change, but didn't right it down. It is an enable feature not an "as built". I will get in to forscan and report back.
