I'm young, so I have time to wait. More time to save for the down payment. Plus MY22 will fix a lot of MY21's issues. And will have more accessories/options availability.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't going to take that extra time to patiently cross shop. Just today I curiously perused some...
That's a good point. I'd still utilize the door storage more than the tailgate however, so I'd have to pass...
...if I was getting a 4 door and had the choice. Ford made the decision real easy for the 2 door crowd.
Maybe I missed it, but I did NOT hear him confirm that. I heard him vaguely allude to looking into it but not actually say they will change it... If you can find the part in the video where he confirms the future change I'd love to rewatch it because I would be very excited for that
I see your point but I disagree. I prefer manual seat adjust in the 2 door for the exact reason you described. Besides, once I set it manually it's not changing barely ever
Something in my memory tells me yes, Ford designed some of the buttons, switches, electronic components, etc to be water proof/resistant, but I haven't finished my morning coffee yet and don't feel like looking it up for you ? I'm sure someone else will chime in
2 door Manbasesquatch, sound deadoning headliner, roof rack, aux switches, floor mats, skid rails, modular bumper, bash plate, block heater, keyless entry keypad, tube doors and Bimini top can all be had for under $40k.
You said your daily drive is through Moab right??
Maybe you'd double pay for that upgrade, but I wouldn't. I'm fine paying for the 2.7L, but not twice just because it's with a manual. I'd "settle" for the 2.3L manual combo. 2.3L is an excellent engine with a lot of output, and with a proper tune can do a lot more. There's not much to be gained...
Kind of a poorly worded poll. I wouldn't pay extra for the manual paired with the 2.7L on top of the 2.7L upgrade engine cost...
However I would pay for the 2.7L upgrade as it currently costs, and keep the manual
If you want I can PM you a picture of me standing next to it. For perspective, I'm 5'10", 180 lbs. IMO the 2 door is smaller in real life than it looks in pictures (in a good way!). It's slightly wider/longer than a 2 door Jeep which is fairly small IMO
By the way, adding the Sasquatch Package before this B&P update still upcharge you for the advanced transfer case, so idk how you assumed it would come with it. It was also never advertised with the Sasquatch Package:
