I am an HE order and have the same issue. Went in to dealer on the 23rd, signed DORA and COVP complete. NO email from Ford ( last 2 were within 30 minutes of leaving dealer) Backdoor is still same model from 22, with same pricing and all. Including wrong color. Ford helpline says on hold for...
