We have a 2 door scheduled week of 2-5 and have had no changes since reschedule on 12-7 for our 23' cancellation. Last email from Ford was everything on schedule and start day of 2-9. So is it best to start on Friday and finish after weekend or start on mid-week?

Same here, moved to 12/18 with a vin and a date. 11/3 cancelled by FORD. We will wait to see what if anything Ford will offer all of us. But in the meantime I'm looking at other options.
