Picked mine up in Mid October. I originally ordered a 4 door, realized the error of my thinking and switched to a 2 door

I checked my clamp and it was released. All of the spring type clamps also had a inspection paint mark on them and the hose. Mine was in production September 9 thru October 4........so they had plenty of time for quality control checks

I'd be interested.......Maybe we can get Ford to let us know what number our FE is and how many were made? That would be the ultimate engraving

I brought this up to the service manager at delivery and he seemed offended and genuinely not interested......."I checked the FORD TSBs and it's not addressed so we cannot do anything about it" I asked him if he wanted to see the issue while I took care of it, he was again not interested...

@HBTFD What gauge metal is the bracket fabricated from? Aluminum or steel? Looks like the material has a factory finish, is it anodized, powder coated, vinyl coated or something else?

My trailer is 82 inches clear in between the fenders. The tires cleared by 1-1/2 inches on each side. I used wheel straps on all four wheels.

Picked mine up last Wednesday, from Champman Ford Of Horsham. Awesome staff, everything was as promised. Towing it home, since we has so far to drive. Six hours south of PA.

I agree that is the perfect combination; classic two door and the Lightning blue is phenomenal. It's still on the trailer. I'll post some more pictures when I get home unload it and clean it up.
