This email was sent to order holders who were pushed to MY2022. I take this to mean no more WildTraks will be built this year. So IMO, your dealer will only be able to deliver you a WT if he's buying one that is already built. You'd have to ask your dealer where/how he is going to buy it.
Maybe I misinterpreted something I read from Ford that was different from this memo but there’s a thread on this forum addressing the same issue when the announcement of how they were going to prioritize the new tops for already built vehicles and it wasn’t going to start with dirt mountain. And...
I never understood why Ford would prioritize replacing roofs on those with a delivered MIC Bronco over those sitting on dirt mountain. That seems to be what this communication from Ford implies but I don’t see them chasing down owners to get them into a dealership to put on a new top on it...
I get what you’re saying. You probably got yours before you ever drove one. Maybe before you saw one in person. That’s the position almost everyone who put their order in before the March original reservation holder deadline had to face. There will and have been those that ultimately backed out...
You obviously had much less uncertainty than 95% of those who've ordered a Bronco since you have yours and I assume it is exactly what you wanted/ordered. So I guess I don't understand or sympathize with your statements about yours getting pushed back for months. Many are being pushed back...
Yikes. Who is your dealer? You definitely won’t be getting a MIC top Wildtrak in October, unless he meant 2022 or ordered you a Sport.
Keep us posted how this turns out.
EDIT: Ok. I see now you’re in Saudi Arabia but am still anxious to hear how your dealer can get a vehicle that no more of...
Is there a thread already started on the prices Broncos are actually selling for on the secondary/used market? I’m interested in knowing but you gotta post sale/buy cost proof to post. We are all obviously tired of the “there’s a Bronco for sale” at this dealership post. If you have proof of an...
I’m not even sure who’s post I responded to but yeah no vehicles other than a Wrangler are designed to take the top off. But someone said everything that isn’t welded down will rattle over time. I can’t accept that take. And there needs to be a lot more real life proof that the Bronco has design...
Agreed. None of these annoying issues should be justified and accepted as normal and something you just should expect. But to address the OP’s question, it does seem that the only YouTube review complaint about MIC roof rattle is from the same manny.
Made it through almost the first page here and see too many excusing design/manufacturing flaws. Felt I had to respond cause it isn’t normal for things to rattle in a vehicle however how many of you are okay with it. Not going to pretend I have a ton of experience. My 2003 Tahoe never rattled...
Sorry I don’t have time to read all 9 pages right now so if someone else asked this already I apologize.
Why would WT’s be prioritized over any other model? It has the most built-in restraints doesn’t have to be built as a MY 21 like FE’s do?
I’m a day 2 WT res and am not expecting a Bronco...
This. 42 myself but reasons based on age and situation varies from all of us. 1 kid for us and no reason to limit space for more stuff on our road trips and having to take our Telluride because I opted for a 2 door. I get that many on here are early Bronco generation enthusiasts but Ford knew...
Just a quick Google search of songs about living life in a Bronco and listening/watching the videos reminded me why I want this RIG so much. Delays or not, I’ve not been more excited to pay my hard earned money to drive a vehicle since I was 16 in the mid 90s. Thank you for this thread—All 57...
