As someone who works in software development, I thinks it's just poor software design. If there is some legal issue it could be solved by only allowing it up to 10 mph or something (like most manufacturers do with front/rear cams)

I'm glad the tire view is there on all models with the 12 inch screen buts it is just plain silly that you can only pull.itnup in mud/ruts and rock crawl. All camera views should be available in all models. There are plenty of reasons someone would want to use that tire view in normal mode

Go see it in person. I had ordered race red and then saw it on a f150 in sun and it was super orange. It looked like a pumpkin. It wasn't for me. I'd rather a cherry red, or the red on the wranglers.

Thanks for the write-up. As a fellow FJ owner, how did the driver seat /space compare to the FJ? The FJ is pretty spacious up front IMO. Not sure how tall/big you are but did you notice a lack of shoulder room or elbow room that others have mentioned?

So you didn't feel tight in the shoulder area at all from the B pillar? Do you have narrow, avg, or wide shoulders? As others have mentioned, there isn't much room there with seat back all the way in the 4 door.

Likely it will be just be a few small changes to add rear cupholders, replace carpet with rubber on seat backs, exterior/interior color offerings, the heritage trim and maybe some adjustments to the options that are in each package.
