What oil did you use in your transmission? I'm not familiar with gp-4. I've heard other guys using BG synchro mesh with good results. Ford using DCT fluid seems a bit interesting for a manual.
I like the sound of that stage 2 set up, but I agree with Scarbel. Ford nailed it on the clutch set up. I love the pedal feel, the engagement, and the throw of the shifter. Quicker throttle response and rev matching would be nice. NVH not a bother. Mine purrs at me every cold morning.
I get a lot of compliments on the velocity blue color, and quite a bit of "How do you like it?" I'll drop my daughter off at school and some kids will point and yell "Look at the Jeep!" Haha.
3 years in and I wouldn't change a thing. VB Badlands, 7mt, standard package. The blue is as sexy as ever. Manual seats don't bother me. I don't want extra electronics. I never get tired of staring at the blue, especially after a wash. Looks good dirty too.
I was considering a Big Bend years back since "I don't need the extra capability", but I knew I would kick myself forever if I didn't get exactly what I wanted. Badlands I ordered. Badlands I received. I use it, no doubt, but I would have had much envy and regret had I picked the BB.
