  1. Why 4A is your Ford's friend

I have what I think is a good application for 4A, an 18 mile commute to my shop which is all paved roads until I open the gate to drive up the moderately steep gravel road to my shop. Since I'm the guy who has to maintain the road I always shift into 4x4 to avoid wheelspin on the gravel road. I...
  2. Discount code on Ford Performance exhaust

$418.48 is the price for 2.7 with chrome tips. https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-5230-BR7SC It's tempting but I think the oversize chrome tips look dumb. For that price I'm thinking about cutting them off.
  3. Discount code on Ford Performance exhaust

The clamp in the photo is clearly marked "Borla". What's interesting is that the same item with black chrome exhaust tips costs$1,000. more! I'd guess the chrome tip model must be discontinued and discounted. There's one for the 2.7 too. I see there's a high clearance version available which...
  4. GOAT mode for towing

Which of your models have tow mode?
  5. EZ 4x4 --- EZ Flip Top & Roof Rack System Giveaway

I have a new Bronco with painted hard top and like the idea of flipping the front panels back. I'm joining this thread and looking for long term reviews of this setup. I'd like to hear about wind noise at different speeds among other things. Is this a new product for the Bronco? Has it been...
  6. 37” Tires - Another Word of Caution - Check your brake pads

I had to google Powerstop, they look good, do you have a lot of good experience with them?
  7. Aftermarket Seat Upgrade

I think my leather trim/vinyl seats are ok. I'll probably change them out just to get air cooling.
  8. Visibility Lighting

I like the look of these, which are out of stock, has anyone here tried them? https://www.ledfactorymart.com/products/dual-color-led-fog-lights-for-2021-later-ford-bronco-modular-bumper?_pos=23&_sid=04fd04053&_ss=r
  9. Visibility Lighting

Yes, that's one of the options, I'm thinking I'd prefer a higher location though.
  10. TPMS Replacements

I would torch the Bronco before I would go to costco every week.
  11. Does 1" require reprogramming?

Thanks, that's a better calculator than the one i was using. I'm not concerned with the slight speedo/odo error, I just worry about upsetting some of the electronic Voodoo on the Bronco
  12. Stock badlands non-sas wheel confusion

I think I prefer the machined 2 tone look but I found a set of new take offs in all gray which match my wheels so I bought those. It seems like even the standard Badlands wheel's offset makes the face of the wheel more susceptible to scuffs and scratches than many other wheels.
  13. TPMS Replacements

More questions, does the Ford kit come with 4, or 5, sensors? And does my Bronco spare have a sensor inside it, if not and I install one will it work if I install the spare?
  14. TPMS Replacements

So if I was to find 21-24 wheels with sensors I'd need to buy new ones anyway, right?
  15. Does 1" require reprogramming?

Is that actual MPG, or calculated MPG?
  16. TPMS Replacements

I'm sure the info I seek is in here somewhere but I can't seem to find it in one place so I'll start a thread. I want to buy a second set of Badlands wheels for my 25 model, there seems to be plenty of them out there but most are missing the sensors. I can find Ford replacements reasonably...
  17. Visibility Lighting

I don't need a combo or spot beam. The lights I'm used to using on motorcycles are completely diffused, that's what I'm envisioning, but bigger than the 2" motorcycle light.
  18. Does 1" require reprogramming?

If that is the only issue I'm unlikely to care. I'm just concerned that there could be some unforseen effect on one of the many electronic systems on the Bronco.
  19. Does 1" require reprogramming?

I'd like to change the tires on my badlands to 285/75R17 which is about a 1" increase in diameter. I'm thinking that will be close enough to not require reprogramming as long as I don't mind a minor discrepancy in speedo readout. Can I get any agreement with, or an argument against, with my...
  20. Visibility Lighting

Thanks, I assume that whatever I get will be unobtrusive enough to be street legal regardless of certification, I won't ever be inspected but I'd just as soon stay street legal if it's not limiting my choices or giving me grief in any other way.
