I agree strongly with your sentiment but one thing I had pointed out to me was that the $995 is based on the MY2020 whereas the MY2021 is $1,195, so an additional $200. What I didn't realize until your post was that the MY2020 upgrade to the 2.7 changed also upgraded the 6spd to the 10spd and...
Glad I'm not the only one. Someone asked who has the upper hand in this transaction the other day, us or the dealers. After reading a lot of the replies here, it's pretty clear that nobody here has the upper hand. Most seem far too willing to pay whatever price tag Ford puts on the Bronco.
For me, it's not only that the 2.7 and AT combo is so much more expensive then it appears it should be. It's the added fact that I don't even want the AT. I want that darn MT but to get the 2.7 they force me to take the AT, charge me for it and then top it off with charging too much. Hopefully...
Looking at the F-150, changing the 3.3 V6 for the 2.7 V6 is $1,195. Using the Ecosport, going from the 1.0l engine to the 2.0l engine auto adds 4wd and only totals out to $1,595. If you want to change the Super Duty from the 6.2l for the 1 year old 7.3l godzilla engine, that is only $1,705. The...
Adding the 2.7 on the F-150 is $995, adding the 10spd on a mustang is $1,595 = $2,590. But for some reason people think $3,500 is reasonable??? A $1k upcharge because... That doesn't sit right with me.
I got an ad e-mail saying the value of my used car has gone up and that I should trade it in for a car. I'm not sure they know what I drive because the value sure hasn't gone up on it. Best part though was that the e-mail was advertising a 2014 Wrangler Rubicon for $35k :ROFLMAO:
Of those options, I'd easily go for the 2.7. I really want the MT but as of right now, I'm forced into the AT with either the 2.7 or the squatch. I'm going with the Badlands as of right now and that gets me most of the squatch pack anyway, at least the stuff I feel is most important to me and I...
That's why it's going to come to down options pricing for me. If the BD with those options ends up within about $1k of the BL with those options, I'll probably end up with the BL. We'll see though. I'm open to anything until I'm able to price stuff out with B&P. Hurry up with that B&P Ford!!!

Depending on the price, I might add the high package because that 12" screen looks better than the 8". Ultimately it's gonna come down to options pricing. I really want a MT...
This whole topic is part of why I was so happy to move to MT. My '91 W250 is old enough that I got permanent tags for ~$250. Even got a specialty plate and don't have to pay the yearly fee with the permanent tags.
Just relocated from Florida to Montana last year and I love it so far. Humidity is way lower and traffic is basically non-existent compared to what we're used to. I'm the same distance form work as I was in Florida but it's only 5 minutes to commute as opposed to 20. I really miss those Florida...
