You know I'm not trolling. Look at my stats. Dealer didn't cancel the order is the whole point even though that has become the practice as we are well aware. This is a big part of the reason Ford is cracking down on dealers with more rules to follow. They are also now requiring a !k deposit...
Getting the deposit back doesn't change a thing. You've been here a long time and surely have many that changed dealers and got their deposit back and then went to another dealer and were not required to place the deposit the 2nd time. My big mistake was telling the dealer I was out. However not...
I feel like doing that mostly because it seems like they care more about the new customer than me. Even though I'm a long time customer, the new customer is someone with a lot of money and influence. When I was contacted by email, they copied in the GM and GSM, so it seems like someone thought...
I'm blaming myself and not the dealer. They've been very good to me over the years and that's why I may just walk away. The one thing that's annoying me on this is I think the salesman that told me no is lying. The new customer has some fame and probably more important to them than I am, so they...
Terrible comparison. It's been over 2 years now since I ordered and it finally got built. Dealer did put it in writing that if I changed my mind, it was still mine. I didn't ask them to make that promise. My mistake was being up front with them.
I agree with you that I made a mistake telling the dealer I didn't want it any longer. I could have waited until now when it's almost at the dealer and have told them. My dealer sells at MSRP and I've been their customer for a long time. I think keeping that good relationship with them is more...
Getting the deposit back doesn't take you out of the game. How many here have changed dealers and had their deposit returned and not required to place a deposit at the new dealer? My dealer charges MSRP for every vehicle they sell and accept X plan for all but the usual Raptor, Bronc etc.
The salesman told me who he is. He is well known in this area and surely has a lot more pull than I do and likely brings the dealership a lot of business.
The quote I posted was from the email the dealer sent. I called Ford before calling the dealer to see if they thought I had a case at all and they said that since the dealer didn't cancel, the order is still mine. I also realize a dealer isn't obligated to sell anyone anything.
Suppose you ordered a Bronco back when the order banks opened. You were excited and couldn't wait for the day it would show up. Then, the delays and issues started happening and you soon realized it would be a long wait. You decide you can't wait indefinitely and decide to buy something else...
Any color you want. This option has the Bronco tax included.

Again, if the same as Tufskinz makes for the Raptor, they are not a cheap looking decal. they are very thick and feel like they are made of rubber and very flexible and easy to install.
If they are the same as on the Raptor, they do not wrap around the sides. They are very thick and substantial looking, more than 1/8th inch thick. The thickness may make them appear they wrap around. If you need the entire letters to be covered, these are probably not for you.
