I would switch colors and then when it scheduled change it back to Shadow Black. No guarantee it will work so pick a color you are okay with but you only have a this month scheduling (happening this week) and maybe next month.

They have not told us a time frame. They are paused for both Heritage and Heritage Limited 2 doors. This doesn't affect the 23MY and they are trying to schedule all the 23MY Heritage Editions they can. Scheduling for 23MY will happen through Mid-September.

Our customer isn't showing up. That is the first step, the next will be getting it to be applied to the vin number. This is a mess!

Easy answer...what your order sheet says is what your dealer SHOULD charge you. If the price is higher now, the dealer will be reimbursed by Ford 45-60 days later on their Dealer Payment Statement. Requirement is that the person who ordered it has to buy it.

That's not good. You should have a private offer and your price should be locked in from your 23MY order price. Ford will reimburse them.
