  1. New Camper Looking for Where to Start

I have a lifetime cooler that is super nice.. think yeti knockoff for half the price. Only complaint about mine is that it doesnt have wheels and probably 40lbs dry. the key to any cooler is to pre-chill them before putting your contents in. if you have an ice maker at home, empty that and you...

Hello from down in Arkansas. I found camping is an experiment with constantly fluctuating results. I now pack differently for every trip. some times i go more primative, sometimes i pack more first world type items. -you made a night out, sleep wasnt comfortable. ---Upgrade sleeping...

  11. Now Available: HAVOC Offroad® California Brief Top

Notes from my install: the “turn knobs” create a wind catch that causes the top to whistle. Use a factory button head bolt. installing the cross bar in the front location causes the rear to flap excessively installing it in the rear causes the front to flap. Still garbage

For the record, just completed a 1900 mile drive this past friday to sunday. 500 friday, 650 saturday, and 690 on sunday. rear strut mod was done 6500 miles ago at this point. somewhere between 1200 and 1500 of that being trails and backroads.

  17. Newbie-ish from Arkansas

Missed this post.. zero cons from relocating the rears up. Pros are free-ish (spent $6 or so on 4 washers), and way more ground clearance without worry of damaging the brackets I didn’t have skids on the rear struts to begin with, so not sure on remounting them. I don’t see why you couldn’t...
  18. Now Available: HAVOC Offroad® California Brief Top

There should be two brackets included that bolt to the frame. Whole top is junk though. Expect way more noise than you initially believed it would do
