That sounds pretty similar to the I-4/I-75 junction during rush hour with rain. I've always had jobs on my feet and I think that's been a benefit for driving a MT. I probably avereage ~11.5 out of 12hrs on my feet at work. It's good for me though, I get fidgety sitting too long ?
I'm not 100% yet but it's very likely the 2.7 w/ 10spd. I really want the manual but I think the 2.7 will hold value better so I'll probably pick up an older, used jeep with a manual in a few years for when I've gotta get my fix in. I've daily driven manuals my entire life and have never minded...
Overall I think all the interiors look alright. I especially like how it looks in the WT and for some reason I really like the orange accents in the BL (and more than the blue accents in the BD) even though I'm generally not a big fan of the color.
Huh, I didn't know that. Too much work and not enough time playing with b&p yet ?
With the talk of a B&P update I didn't do anything other than a quick build for BD and BL. How much does the 4.7 gearing cost?
When I look on the Ford performance site, the raptor beadlock wheel kits were $780 EACH x 4 is $3,120. Seeing as how they're both for "35 tires, I'd estimate a similar price. Seems outrageous to me but that's what's there. Don't forget about gearing too because you're getting the 4.7 gearing...
I have these on my truck right now and I love them. We had a blizzard hammer us over the weekend that started with rain and quickly turned to snow overnight and by morning there was a sheet of solid ice with a bunch of snow on top. I saw a lot of accidents and had a few coworkers not able to...
This is precisely why I'd say get a 4 door. It'll be easier until they're at least getting themselves in and out, most folks replace vehicles every 3-5 years and, the most important, what better excuse to upgrade to a 2 door warthog in a few years.
Based on what I'm seeing on B&P, if there were a cold weather package for ~$700-800, I'd be getting a BL with sasquatch for certain. I don't want all the nanny stuff, only something to help keep my butt warm on those cold winter days when the temps drop to sub-zero.
I voted for both but I feel the same. Black would look better (as long as the rest of the trim pieces matched) but I feel I'm definitely in the minority in that I don't think the MIC is that bad.
I work in a (currently) very busy ICU and I work Friday thru Monday. The plus side is that by the time I'm off and have a chance to look at B&P, you guys will all be done crashing it so I shouldn't have any technical issues ?
Ford DOES owe us something. They owe us honesty and a competitive product at a competitive price. Taking away X-plan eligibility chips away at the competitive price part of this whole deal for some folks and that after putting out that it was eligible. With that said, thank you @Granger Ford for...
It is capitalism (of which I am a big fan) but it is also (in this specific instance) not the best business practice. What they're doing is helping to push some of their most enthusiastic supporters away. Seriously, who else besides a diehard fan would pay to reserve a vehicle that they're a...
