Noticed these on the Ford Performance website. What is the purpose of the smaller nuts and bolts? And can this be done by an old wrencher in a driveway?

It was time for the next 5k oil change. Opening up the FP air/oil separator is like opening up a Christmas present. What did I get? A mixture of different colored sludges. Some runny some more like gelatin. Wiped it out. I had used some Permatex Form-a-Gasket to seal up part of the mating...
Mine built in 2nd qtr of 2022. So far, no problems. Did a VIN lookup last night and no recalls came up. Maybe I'm in the clear? Or maybe they haven't posted entire 129,000 qty list? Wait and see since parts not available anyhow. At any rate, I'll do it the old way and put my right hand on the...
Don't know if you are still following your thread, but this screen shot has the part number I got back from my buddy at the dealership. Does this look right to you? Thanks
Another great reason to spend money on my '22. Yes, much better display. Just emailed my buddy at the local dealership parts dept. Hope it also works for manual trans.

Got 24 mpg on a 5-state road trip late September. Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana, Utah and Colorado. 7 MT, 2.3. Stayed in 5th gear and around 68-69 mph which is about 2500 rpm. Very little turbo engagement. And every fill up was 91 octane.
I've gotten parts from Sunrise Ford Parts in Fontana, CA. Always a good price. CJ Pony parts is a good place to buy too. They sell Ford Performance parts also.
Back in the 70s and 80s, I saw pizza cutters before I knew what pizza cutters were. All farm trucks I saw, (F-150s, F-250s. etc.) had the narrowest, tallest tires possible. Farmers know what works the best.
An uncontrolled descent is never good. Could have had a much worse outcome. Some trails don't have any options like this. Thankfully nobody was hurt. Seems like panic inside freefalling Jeep. Panic inside Jeep that was missed. And panic inside Bronco. I get the Bronco drivers response if he had...
