LED's appear more blue to the human eye and that makes for more glare plus your vehicle is higher than many. So, if your headlights are aimed a little high it will be much more irritating than a lower vehicle with halogen lights.
You can read on line how to aim your headlights or if you don't...
I noticed the Noco get fairly warm to the touch. Used to have a Schumacher but it was pretty old.
Is there a battery charger that you can recommend? Is the Duracell the brand?
We went with Makita because it is good but also because we have other Makita tools and have the battery and charger. They can cost close to the tool itself.
If you are just starting to buy cordless tools Milwaukee is excellent.
Flip, we received our Bronco last November. Has there been a software update that we can receive?
If so is this free?
I will take ours in for a battery capacity check.
Our connected Ford Pass shows it as a notice on our phone.
Usually says Remote features being shut down to save battery.
Also, have seen it on the dash screen sawing something about shutting down to save battery.
This was only once. The phone notice is regular if not driven or charged.
It was delivered within a month and a half of coming off the assembly line.
In another post there was discussion of the battery saver mode coming on ours as well.
Flip said to keep the Bronco on a maintainer.. So that is when I got my charger/maintainer.
We are trying to figure if it is a bad...
Our Bronco has always started but regularly goes into battery saver mode. I have been keeping an eye on the battery voltage and it seems low. The battery has never failed to start the Bronco. It just seems to not keep a full charge.
The factory battery has been charged with a latest model...
Thank you. I found the RM 155-2 socket with halogen light bulbs on Amazon. They can be changed to LED. This seems like a good way to get tow lights and maybe less effort than going the diode route. The factory wires are so small diameter that I don't really want to cut/crimp them.
We are in the process of of adding Tow lights. We have a diode kit but would really like to hear more about adding the LED bulb. Is there a kit?
Our tail lights are Black Diamond halogen. What holds the auxillary LED bulb in the tail light?
Do the Roadmaster diodes fit directly behind the taillights? The large rubber grommet looks to be about the same thickness as the diodes. I was thinking of sticking them beside or below that grommet.
I'm still mulling the idea of wireless lights. The new rechargeable batteries of today should be good for 10-12 hour tows. I like the "tie it to your tire" idea. That may be the way we go.
1/2 inch quick links can be unknown China steel to USA stainless in different grades.
Working weight rating is typically 3,200 to 3,960 pounds each in 1/2 inch or metric equivalent.
The breaking weight is several times higher.
Tow cables are generally rated for the pair.
I may try these for...
Update: Using the LOD safety cable attachment point.
After the modular bumper was all tightened up, I found that the safety cable hook was just too tight to get to as easily and quickly as I preferred. The gap between the bumper and the front bash plate is tight. I installed 1/2 inch quick...

This is a $47,000 value to your company. Well, probably about that much with inflation.
