I found the right side rear wire on my 2 door. What a waste of time!!!
It is right at 1.5 inch long and right beside the rear seat. It is so difficult to get to inorder to attach another wire that I just ran my own from the Auxilliary Switch wire in the upper drivers side of the engine compartment.
I've long wanted to drive to top of Bristol head near Creede, Colorado.
I have found UTV videos but nothing about 4x4 such as Bronco.
Is the road suitable in width for a Bronco?
I've been considering that wire on our 2 door. It seems to me from my limited poking around that the front part of the passengerside trim will need to come at least partially off. I've pulled the rear most part of this panel to install and fish an antenna wire. The front is harder for me to...
We have used a good copper tape with glue that conducts electric in order to get a ground.
Amazon sells a bunch. The last one we used is I think, 3 mil thickness. It does not work any better than scratching the pain...and we still do this....but it is a alternative that works. It is actual...
An eBay special could work. Antennas are science, but most of the science was figured out a long time ago. Some cheap antennas work just fine but do not last due to lower quality parts being used to meet a price point.
I think....watch out. haha .. . Comet 2x4 has a UHF mount version. I mention this because it is a good antenna actually made by Comet for multi radio service Search and Rescue units that use 2m and GMRS.
My radio has a head that seperates from the main body. The main body is mounted to the rear speaker bracket on the roll bar and the control head is mounted above the driverside sun visor.
The mic is on the hardtop ceiling by using a large square of Velcro. I made a wire hook but also can use...
If the push in fastner is the issue, can you remove the air exhaust flap on the tail gate to get inside and use a standard nut and bolt?
How to remove the flap: https://www.jcroffroad.com/install_guides/INSTALL_BR6-TAB.pdf
Looks as if they will fit. The bracket installs on top of the crash bar support and the crashbar bolts are approximatly (what?) 3/8 inch in excess length.
Go to a Volkswagon dealer or another service provider that uses a digital headlight aiming tool.
That will give you and other drivers the best possible headlight aim. So no more guessing.
Lots of people use the garage door etc. Gets you pretty good IF you have a floor and a wall/Door that...
Thank you for letting us know.
At least 2 door owners will be assured to get the newest version available.
And, it's awfully cold to roll around on a concrete floor.
It wasn't until our Bronco came that I noticed how long it takes to bring a product to market,
But, it sure seems that Fumoto could get a Bronco drain plug to the market in a few months.
What is the best plug NOW available? Ronin?
Jwall at post #104 shows some protective washers that would really help those bolts on the Transmission/Gear skid plate. I ordered them.
I have them and my skid plates ready to go once we get some warmer temps.
