With all the recent announcements, I gave up on my order and bought off the lot. At least it’s a 2 door Sasquatch. I had to pay a bit over MSRP, but it’s a base, so saved some there. A few upgrades and I can get near the BD I ordered. I like the truck, but not happy with Ford.

How did you get a dealer quote? The parts manual shows two dozen parts for the modular bumper. I’d apply my FordPass points at $775. Doesn’t seem too steep.

Well, I gave up on my 2 door BD Sasquatch. I found a 2 door BaseSquatch nearby and made a deal. Sasquatch and 2 door was my priority, so I’ll go from here. At least I’m done waiting and bitching about Ford!

Can someone post their email? Is this program specific to the internet savvy dealers that blew up their allocation? This looks like it could be Ford’s way to resolve that backlog. If beyond those dealers, then I’m really looking on 2 door guidance. Hopefully, Ford will clarify that...

One concern is over extension based on what I’ve read elsewhere. The Sasquatch suspension limits how far the tire drops of off the ground. One option might be a limiting strap. Has anyone dealt with that?
