If I read right, you are considering putting the baby seat in through the tailgate of the vehicle?
Huh. Hadn't thought of that. It might work with the seats that already have the kid strapped in that click into the base, but that angle getting it up and over the base would tempt a good tweak...
My wife is used to it. It started with my first factory order of a Jeep Wrangler. I knew EVERYTHING about that vehicle. It was a borderline obsessed sickness. A sickness that served me well, mind you, I got EXACTLY what I wanted. The only thing I wish I had done differently was to get the...
Not that I knew of, it was always as I had left it.
And to be honest, despite a dwindling faith in humanity, even leaving change in the console, or sunglasses in a cup holder, I have never had anything taken from either a CJ-7 or a JKU.
However, when parking topless when I had doors, I was...
I may have missed this somewhere, but it seems that pictures of the soft top bronco are a bit more difficult to come across.
Clearly, Ford is quite happy with its clever design allowing the storage of the doors in the rear section of a 4 door bronco, however, I have some reservations about...
I've been around the Jeep Forums for years and have heard these arguments time and time again. Posers and soccer mom jokes abound. To me "most capable" and "real" are different.
While forums certainly house a disproportionately high percentage of users who actually put the off-road...
Thanks for the link to the MiFold, I had seen the original folding booster (and use a similar bubble bum for one of my kids) but had yet to see the high back booster. My middle child is TINY and will benefit from a high back booster for a while. I understand what you mean about autonomously...
I also have a family of 5. My kids are younger than yours. I had a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Even with three car seats stretched across the back seat, the experience was not bad at all. Although young, my children never complained.
I only sold it (to my dad so it stayed in the...
I had a Jeep Wrangler in Tank green that was similar. Was awesome. I generally prefer a metallic for depth but that green was a great fit for that vehicle. Would love something like that for the bronco.
Man, if AMB looks like this in real life, this color is a STRONG contender for me. Its just one of those colors that photos can't capture well. Will have to try to see it in person.
I actually wrote about this in another forum, but I bought a 2017 Chevrolet SS sedan sight unseen. I have a good friend who had one and it was amazing, so when GM decided to throw a 20% off promotion at this limited production naturally aspirated small-block V8 with a manual transmission in a...
These are the two I am debating between. Hate me if you will, but I keep my vehicles clean, I enjoy the process, zen detailing almost. These metallics will both look AMAZING with some deep shine. My last two vehicles have been red. I've never had a blue.
We have a Honda Pilot with ACC. It would be great if the closest setting is one inch closer than whatever the average person feels comfortable squeezing into. Drifting along going slower than you intended because it auto slowed to the rate the person in front of you is going without notifying...
@StephensAutoCenter Would you mind addressing my question above (it is easily buried in the weekend discussions)? To the point: for someone who has yet to place an order through Ford, if we place it through your dealership would we qualify for the deal highlighted in the first post?
I agree; that is what makes the most sense and is nearly certainly the way this works. Ideally, people like me would like to see this confirmed before we commit to the extras that accompany an out of state vehicle purchase.
