You are correct for both, the 500 has both low/high inputs and the DC feature works flawlessly for auto turn-on.

They do not have capacitors. All the 4” speakers do have thou. B&O system

That’s interesting, I would not think that Ford would use two different enclosures with the same footprint but I guess they are tuned differently for B&O and larger subwoofer. The B&O enclosure doesn’t seem to be ported thou

I have a lux B&O system. Do you know if they have different enclosures?

Yes, I have a 2022MY with Lux package. They might have changed the enclosure design then. We will never find out the ‘why’

I wonder if all OEM Bronco subwoofer enclosures are ported. I recently changed my subwoofer and watching your video I was curious to find the opening in the enclosure but mine doesn’t seem to have it.
