Yes 12/20 build week. EDD removed overnight. Great marketing move by Ford. To keep people from complaining, just remove all hope of getting their product. That should calm the masses. Genius.

Same to the other build groups too. Seriously WTF. I guess they got tired of people calling the hotline. They should teach this in marketing classes as one of the worst product launches along with New Coke and the Edsel.

Did Ford remove the EDD from the tracker??????? It was there yesterday below the VIN.

@Brianstrange I just called Customer Service. It took about 45 minutes to get through. The agent told me that my order is NOT showing a chip delay. She said their updates come out Thursday so I might see a change on Friday on the tracker.
