Yeah Outer Banks might be worth a look, I canāt wait for that build and price tool to figure all this out! Right now Iām leaning towards just keeping my truck and waiting for a redesign or Raptor version, but I also know as soon as I see someone driving one Iāll have didnāt-buy-it-remorse.
in a perfect world, Iād like for the spare to be on a separate swing out rack. Helps relieve the weight being on the gate, and lets you have the best part of a truck, tailgating! Itās a built in table, workshop, etc, and the nostalgia of every previous Bronco having truck roots. It just feels...
Itās so strange, they obviously put some effort into all this, and got a reasonably well known actor involved, but itās been live since February and I havenāt heard anything about it until today. I assume it was ramping up for the original reveal and got sidetracked, but the most recent post was...
I havenāt seen this posted anywhere here, and I searched but didnāt find it.
Has anyone else seen the āJohn Broncoā Instagram account?
The first post is from February, but itās still an active account and has funny āarchiveā footage of the Broncoās namesake, John Bronco. I just discovered this...
I could even forgive the top of only they hadnāt gone sacrilegious and ditched the tailgate. Iāll get off my soapbox about it eventually, but this is what I wanted the back to look like.
Judging by the lack of replies, it seems not many people think this is as much of a concern as I do, haha.
I did do some digging and found that Jeep conversions exist, so it would stand to reason that someone will figure it out for Bronco.
So maybe I can get something like this, and a fastback...
I guess thatās whatās leaving me apprehensive, if I buy the new model and they fix my complaints in years 2 or 3, Iād be so bummed!
And I second the request for a photoshop:D
I hadnāt thought about that picture, but since you mentioned it, here it is. It sure looks like it has the rake, but it could just be the angle from the top to the tail lights since they stick out a bit.
In another thread back before the reveal (that last leak showing the back six inches or so of it in profile), I figured out that the styling of the back end on the new Bronco doesnāt look right to me. Thereās no angle to the back glass, making it look more like a Jeep than a Bronco to my eyes...
Just another one of those weird decisions they made. A grey top that doesnāt match any of the five available shades of grey paint?
Oddly enough, I think the grey would look pretty good with their āorangeā (or any of the cool colors we wish we were getting) if all the other trim matched, but the...
I saw that too, presumably to force upgrades to a higher trim? If I could do lux on BD, I wouldnāt have to get a BL since I donāt truly need the sway disco or front locker. Iām hoping the original chart just wasnāt accurate, but Iām prepared to go with the Badlands if necessary. Creature...
I know this is the thread that just wonāt die, and Iām actually somewhat on Jakeās side here as I preferred the F150 looking renders and would kill for a FSB with actual removable top, but this is my favorite thing Iāve read on here.
Such vim and vigor, and so wrong.
Iāve got to admit, this has been a wild ride. Iāve never bought a new vehicle, and Iāve never paid attention to a new vehicle release before, but Iāve been beyond hyped about the Bronco for a long time.
The lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating, as has the contradictory...
This thread is the best thing going on the net!
We had to say goodbye to Ranger a few days ago. He was a rescue that seemed to have been raised by cats, loved chasing lights and pouncing on bugs. He gave us a great nine years.
