I have a similar issue on my OBX. The intelligent access works for the driver and passenger door, but not for the tailgate.

For future reference, you can just swipe down on the screen that shows GPS location, odo, fuel etc. in the FordPass app to refresh if the location didn't update automatically.

It's been confirmed that the trail armor rocker panels work with side steps, not sure about rock rails. The forum member who installed the rocker armor on his FE with side steps said it was a little bit of a pain with the steps already installed, but he was able to do it.
