    Honestly, the MIC top works for me aside from the whole snakeskin/honeycomb ordeal... But from what I've seen, the new tops look much more uniform so I'm looking forward to my replacement.

    Basically the same. The D1 step looks to be closer to the pinch weld which would probably hide it a bit better than step in the above pic.

    The steps just have 3 brackets, the covered part is PPF.

    Don't worry, it's just cosmetic 💩😉 I'm guessing it's caused from the extra interference with the other panels corner being that it's riding on top of the screw head.

    I haven't seen how the factory rockers are installed but I assume they use the same threaded inserts in the body panels. Even if they don't, there will undoubtedly be interference between the two.

    Agreed. Resembles an OBX now (no offense OBX owners). It was the best solution I could come up with between functionality and cost.
