Yes, removed the speaker form the housing so there is no chance of it rattling against anything and just holding it in my hand it still makes that same pop on those frequencies. So it’s just the speaker itself. You are in the exact same boat as me. I purchased a plug-n-play kit with an 8” sub...
No. And no one has tried the song to confirm the issue repeats for them. Would be helpful to know. Happens mid 20s on the volume to consistently reproduce.
I gave up and ordered a new aftermarket sub and amp I’ll install this week. It was so annoying. Definitely was not rattle in the speaker...
Yeah. This video shows the popping sound, sorry, did it quick. Took the whole panel off thinking it was rattle but even the speaker completely out at that exact frequency makes that sound.
The intro to this song was the best at replicating it so I could try to hunt it down.
I just talked to Joe today with PnP! I ordered just the sub kit. I get this awful popping that I thought was rattle but is the actual speaker cone at certain frequencies from factory B&O sub. So you had to Dremel to make it fit? He assured it was drop in/same size but a similar video online...

Absolutely no rattle on bumps or from subwoofer that I could produce. It latches very tightly and has padding and rubber in strategic places to prevent it.
I have the '23 B&O System
I get a distinct "pop" sound when certain bass tracks hit. I have no rattle or consistent rattling sounds, just on isolated or the initial part of a bass I get a noticeable popping sound. Anyone have a remedy or similar issue. Here is a sample song that really...

When exactly are they on in this situation? Is it only when headlights are on? What about unlock, remote start, or DRL? Thanks! I know this is an older thread but about to do this install and don't like the aux switch option. Would love them on in a remote start or even DRL if possible.
When will this be on? I am wondering about unlock, remote start, DRLs, and headlights (which I assume are the guaranteed). I know this is old but hoping for some help and clarification!
What could someone wire them too in order to have them turn on with unlock, or remote start...etc? I have a fuse tap but don't love that the fuse box won't close correctly. I thought I read somewhere about tapping into the headlight wiring.
When will these deliver power? If you leave a switch flipped on will it power at unlock? At remote start? Or only with actual start or accessory mode?
I purchased the Oracle letter lights and want them to turn on when car is unlocked, remote started…etc and wondered if using an Aux switch that...
