The full stealth look with the black looks good. Other than that Area 51 somehow works well with all the plastic bits as does the code orange. Eruption, which on the regular Bronco is probably the prettiest color, just looks bad and completely out of place here. Really I think they should...
Some of the markups I've seen are not real markups. They list a markup just so they can bring it down to MSRP and make you feel like you're getting a great deal. I inquired about a 4runner limited that was listed for 10k over, and they immediately offered it at MSRP if I was willing to come in...
I just saw a Bronco yesterday with vortex generators molded into the side mirror housing that Ive never seen on a '21. I had to pull away at the stoplight, so I don't know if it was a manufacturer vehicle or a running change that has been made.
The 2 door thing isn't true at all to my knowledge aside from the hardtop being an automatic constraint on the 2 door. However if you aren't a reservation holder there is virtually zero chance of getting a '22 with a 2.7. There won't be enough 2.7's available to even build out the remaining...
There really isn't anything that would cause a rumbling feeling like that other than the characteristics of the vehicle. A body on frame vehicle is much, much stiffer than your traditional unibody car or SUV, so you are going to feel chatter and vibrations that you wouldn't in a unibody...
There isn't really much in the way of actual off-road trail's, but there are a few primative roads that you probably wouldn't want to take a car down and are quite scenic as well. Parsons Branch as mentioned, Mt Sterling Road/Old Cataloochee turnpike, Balsam Mountain road. The Greenbrier...
The hard upshift when cold is a common and generally harmless quirk of the 10R80, but significantly less common on the 10R60. GM has started to use full synthetic transmission fluid in their version of the 10R80 to correct this. If this is happening when the transmission is warm I would...
With tires? I plan on getting a set to put winter tires on, and I think my dealer quoted me $112 per wheel last year. Not sure if you can actually get them or not because I haven't even gotten my Bronco yet.
The Sport was supposed to be the Bronco Scout but International wouldn't give up the trademark so I guess sport was close enough. It does make it unnecessary confusing I think.
No. If heard of some dealers who were able to pull some strings and get minor things changed, but the transfer case is a big one. The Bronco VIN itself reflects whether or not it has the advanced transfer case, and the VIN can never be altered once created.
I don't know, I think Indy cars sound pretty damn good, and they use a twin turbo V6. That said I don't like it when people try to replicate the gutteral sound of a V8 with a 4 or 6. That's just a poor impression.
I don't think it's awful to be honest, I just don't know why Ford insists on constantly trying to reinvent the classic Raptor graphics that everyone loved. The price is also absurd for some fancy stickers, but that's a separate issue.
A bit of a controversial topic. I'll say the Bronco uses the new SAEJ2807 standards that are much more strick. Some of those standards are safety related, some are not. The current 4runner for example would probably test at the same or less than a Bronco using J2807, but because it predates...
Both are great and I considered both. If I had to pick an alternate color I would probably go VB as a safe bet, but HPR is definitely going to be more unique, and I love the orange metallic effect in the sun. I guess I'm not very helpful, but those are my thoughts.
