Turns out it was upside down. I guess the back sensor was blocked. My kid had turned it sideways and I wasn’t sure which direction was up vs down. Flipped it and it was fixed.
My mirror was fine yesterday when I drove and this afternoon it was so dark I could barely see out the back window. I tried to see my kids in the back seat and I couldn’t see a thing. I drove it last night, it’s like it’s stuck on dim now. Tried unplugging and reconnecting the wiring harness and...
Shit I would pay 1,000 bucks for that and I’m frugal as hell. Good deal for a lifetime peace of mind. I’ve seen people pay well more than that for a ceramic coating. What good is nice paint if your frame is all rusted?

Same, I had to top mine off at 4500 miles because it was about the same level. It was full on delivery. I haven't checked since I filled it to see what the level is. Hoping it just burped some air.
is yours compatible with the OEM safari bar? I saw this m&r setup but would prefer a name brand light bar.

I’ve seen this happen before on a couple damaged trucks that were in-transit. They have some action in KC that came and picked them up and customer had to reorder. One was a punch type hole in the driver door. Can’t recall the other but it was more minor. Dent and a scratch? Couldn’t believe...
Damn two FE failures in back-to-back posts? Sorry guys. Let’s get these reported to NHTSA so the story gets bigger and puts some pressure on Ford to tell us what’s going on.
I bought the Rigid version because the Ford ones don't have the backlight. The Ford version does come with covers and better brackets though. My passenger side light rubs the antenna and they're stainless instead of black.
Pretty much the same build as mine minus the capable bumper. Fog lights look nice but I still prefer the look of the modular.
Why did you tell them to leave off the front plate but then approved drilling into the paint? Unless I'm seeing it wrong.
Oh yeah, hence why I've been watching this thread closely. I would prefer if nothing was wrong and it lives a long, happy life. I really wouldn't want the heads to be replaced under warranty if I don't have to. No sense in tearing apart a perfectly good engine if there's no reason to.
Absolutely, I ordered the 2.7 for it's reliability. If I knew it was gonna blow at 10k miles I wouldn't bother with synthetic oil changes and top tier gasoline. I don't want anything bad to happen, but I'm not going to turn a blind eye to the possibility.
