It’s probably an hour of shop labor wherever you go. I tried to do it on mine but the flash wasn’t available for B&O. FDRS can be a pain in the ass so I think it would take 30-60 minutes start to finish but can’t comment on the outcome.

Only bad part is the locking hitch pin. My key faces the same direction as the pin so I'd have to remove the 7 way to unlock it. It's just one bolt though and the Bronco tool kit has the correct socket. If you're going with a locking hitch pin get one with a key that is 90* from the pin.
It was in the post you shared. They are testing universal harnesses and I purchased one. They will be for sale soon after they complete testing.

I didn’t take a before picture without it but here was after. You just unplug the 7 way and add this harness in between. When your reverse lights come on it triggers the pod light.
Nice of them to mark it up 20k and then tack on 4500 in fees.
